Our cable seals are constructed of galvanized steel aircraft cable which connects to a mechanical aluminum lock housing which prevents the cable from being removed once it has been locked. These can only be used one time, and require cutting the cable for removal. The galvanized steel aircraft cable unravels when cut which prevents unauthorized reuse of the seal. The cable on this seal is 3.5 mm in diameter. This seal is compliant with C-TPAT and ISO 17712:2013 and is rated as a high security (H) seals. These seals are suitable for outdoor applications up to 3 months. They feature bar codes for added convenience in recording the serial number. These cable seals are adjustable to fit a wide variety of hasps and cargo containers such as truck trailer doors, rail cars, shipping containers, etc.
